Public Offer

1. General Provisions
This document is a public offer for custom printing services and the sale of made-to-order goods through the website print.chepio.tech, Telegram, email, or other communication channels of Print Chepio Tech. Submitting a request, approving a layout, confirming the price, or paying for an order means that the Customer has read this offer and the Privacy Policy and agrees to their terms. If the seller's actual details have not yet been added to this document, payment acceptance must be suspended until those details are published. The data below must be replaced with the real details of the sole proprietor or legal entity.

3. Subject of the Agreement
Print Chepio Tech provides printing services on textile products and other materials, including T-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, and merch, and may also provide related print-file preparation services. Goods with custom printing are produced according to the parameters agreed with the Customer: product type, color, size, quantity, print placement, design file, layout, price, payment method, and delivery. Images on the website are for demonstration purposes. The color of the finished product may differ slightly from the on-screen image because of device settings, fabric properties, inks, and printing technology.
4. Order Placement and Acceptance
Orders are placed through the website, Telegram, or email. To fulfill an order, the Customer provides contact details, product parameters, a design file, or a description of the idea. Before production starts, the manager confirms the order contents, the final layout or technical requirements, the price, production timeline, payment method, and delivery method. The offer is accepted by one of the following actions: written order confirmation in an electronic message, approval of the final layout, prepayment, or full payment for the order. Payment without agreement on the essential terms is not proper acceptance and must be refunded.
5. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices on the website may be indicative. The final price depends on the product type, quantity, design complexity, printing technology, urgency, and delivery. The final price is communicated to the Customer before payment. All settlements are made in Ukrainian hryvnia. If delivery is paid separately, its cost or calculation method is communicated before order confirmation. Payment may be made by bank transfer, online payment, or another agreed method. Where the law requires the use of a cash register or software cash register, the Customer receives a payment or electronic fiscal document for the full transaction amount.
6. Production and Delivery
Standard production time: 1-3 business days after layout approval and receipt of payment. Rush orders are possible only after separate agreement. Delivery within Ukraine is handled by Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, or another agreed carrier. Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days within Ukraine, depending on the carrier and region. International delivery is agreed separately. The Customer must check the packaging and goods upon receipt. If the parcel is damaged by the carrier, the Customer must document the damage with a carrier report or another carrier document and notify Print Chepio Tech.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
The Customer has the rights provided by Ukrainian consumer protection law for distance contracts. Goods with personalized printing that are produced or modified according to the Customer's individual order are not returnable due to a change of mind if they match the approved layout and parameters and cannot be sold to other persons without significant loss. This restriction does not apply to goods with a production defect, printing error, mismatch in the agreed size, color, quantity, print placement, or other defects caused by the seller. In that case, the Customer may request rework, exchange, price reduction, or refund in accordance with the law. Cancellation before printing starts is possible without penalties. After layout approval and the start of production, cancellation of a personalized order is possible only by separate agreement, taking into account actually incurred costs.
8. Claims and Contact Procedure
Claims regarding quality, completeness, delivery, or payment are accepted at hello@chepio.tech or via Telegram @print_chepio_bot. The claim should include the order number or date, contact details, a description of the issue, photos of the goods and packaging, and, where available, a carrier document or payment document. We review claims within up to 10 business days. If goods or additional materials are needed for assessment, the manager will separately provide the return procedure and address. If the defect is confirmed and was caused by us, return shipping costs are reimbursed or agreed separately.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
The Customer guarantees that they have the right to use all files, logos, fonts, images, characters, trademarks, and other materials provided for printing. The Customer is responsible for third-party claims related to unlawful use of the design provided by the Customer. Print Chepio Tech may refuse to print materials that may violate third-party rights, the law, payment system rules, or service policies. Files and layouts created by Print Chepio Tech from scratch remain intellectual property of Print Chepio Tech, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties.
10. Personal Data and Messages
The Customer's personal data is processed to prepare an offer, fulfill the order, arrange delivery, process payment, maintain fiscal records, handle claims, and protect the rights of the parties. Detailed rules are described in the Privacy Policy. Commercial electronic messages are sent only with the Customer's consent or in other cases allowed by law, with the option to opt out of further messages.
11. Liability of the Parties
Print Chepio Tech is responsible for print quality, compliance with the approved layout, and proper fulfillment of the order within the value of the specific order, unless otherwise expressly required by law. We are not responsible for errors in files, texts, colors, sizes, or other parameters provided or approved in writing by the Customer, if the finished goods match that approval. Liability limitations do not apply where the law expressly prohibits such limitations.
12. Force Majeure
The parties are released from liability for non-performance or delayed performance if this was caused by circumstances they could not foresee or control: military actions, air raid alerts, power outages, disruptions in carrier operations, fires, natural disasters, government decisions, or similar events. The party relying on such circumstances must notify the other party within a reasonable time.
13. Changes to the Offer
We may update this offer. The current version is always available on this page. Confirmed and paid orders are governed by the version in effect at the time of acceptance, unless the parties agree otherwise.
14. Law, Disputes, and Legal Framework
This offer is governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, in the manner provided by Ukrainian law. The offer was prepared with regard to the requirements of the Laws of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce", "On Consumer Rights Protection", "On Personal Data Protection", and "On the Use of Cash Registers in Trade, Catering, and Services".
