For transfers from abroad under an agreed invoice or contract. Funds are credited to the USD account. Intermediary banks may deduct fees; transfers usually arrive within 3–5 business days, subject to bank processing. Amount, currency and fee allocation are agreed before payment. Ukrainian orders use separate UAH account details.

Practical Checklist

• Full seller details must be published before payments are accepted.
• The final price, taxes, delivery, and payment method must be agreed before payment.
• The customer must receive order confirmation and a payment or fiscal receipt when required by law.
• Personalized goods have a separate return process, but defects and mismatches with the order must be resolved.
• The request form and communication must include links to the Terms and the Privacy Policy.
