This Privacy Policy describes how personal data of website users, customers, and persons contacting Print Chepio Tech through the website, Telegram, email, or other communication channels is collected, used, stored, transferred, and protected. Personal data controller: Add the full registered name of the sole proprietor or legal entity. Public name: Print Chepio Tech. Contact for personal data matters: hello@chepio.tech. Data processing is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce", and other applicable rules of Ukrainian law.
2. What Data We Collect
We may collect the following data: - first and last name; - email, phone number, Telegram username, or other contact details; - description of the request or order; - product type, size, color, quantity, layout, and design files; - delivery data: city, branch or parcel locker, recipient, and recipient contact; - payment data, payment date, amount, payment status, and details of a payment or fiscal document; - technical website data: IP address, browser type, device, language, date and time of access, and viewed pages. We do not ask users to send documents, special categories of personal data, or payment card data directly in messages. If this happens accidentally, such data is not used for other purposes.

The grounds for processing are user consent, steps prior to entering into a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and the legitimate interest in protecting the rights of Print Chepio Tech.

We do not sell personal data.
